We want you to love your Aubin pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original garment tags are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
